Time for our July Step Challenge! The goal is to walk an average minimum of 6,000 daily steps for the month and earn our July challenge medal. This will be the 7th of 12 medals to earn in 2023.

We start on July 1st and end on July 31st.

$10 fee is to cover the costs of the medal and shipping. 

If you don't accomplish the daily step average goal, your fee will be applied to the next month's challenge. No refunds available.

How does it work? 

On August 1st check your app or whatever technology you use to track your steps to find your monthly step average for July 2023. Screen shot the daily average for the month of 2023 and send it to me with your address via Facebook messenger and I will send you our July Step Challenge Medal.
